Overview

This project demonstrates how I transformed a lengthy, five-page document into a concise, visually structured manager job aid.

The Challenge

The original material existed as a dense, five-page Google document filled with unstructured bullet points. Managers needed a quick reference that would reduce cognitive load and allow them to see key themes, problem areas, and opportunities at a glance.

The Solution

I designed a one-page job aid with a clear hierarchy of information, callout boxes, and color-coded sections. This format condensed the content into a scannable, practical tool while still leaving room for detail where necessary.

Content Condensation: Broke down five pages of notes into three thematic categories (similarities, problem areas, and gaps).
Visual Structuring: Used panels, icons, and consistent heading formats to guide attention.
Confidentiality Safe: Replaced all client-specific references with lorem ipsum placeholder text, reframing the job aid as a reusable sample template.
